Favourite PS1 game?

Being as long ago as it was, I don't remember many of the games I used to play. Back then I was the usual boy - mostly playing football games. One of the things I do remember though is the countless number of demo disks that you were able to get. For some reason, they were one of the most addicting things about the PS1.

I'm wondering does anyone actually have a favourite PS1 game that they remember? I highly doubt anyone even has their PS1 anyone let a lone plays with the damn thing.
